An eye mask has one job: keep the light out and leave your eyes alone. Most masks fail the moment you turn over. AERÉ makes masks built around that one moment — contact off the eyes, weight off the eyelids, nothing pressed into your face to make it stay.

“It falls off every time I turn over.” A weighted mask that piles onto the eyelids slides the moment your head moves; blackout is the main job, weight is only the passenger. AERÉ Halo puts its pressure across the brow, not the eyelids. AERÉ Air is a deep-cup 3D mask that keeps contact off your eyes and nose. A deep cup leaves space around the eye instead of pressing on it, so a turn does not undo the fit.

“It presses on my eyeballs and my lashes.” A flat mask has to sit against the face to block light, which is exactly what presses on the eye and the lashes. AERÉ Air keeps contact off your eyes and nose, so you can blink instead of holding your lids shut. How deep the cup is, and what the fabric is made of, will be printed once the factory puts it in writing — not before.

“Light sneaks in at my nose, and the strap either digs in or slips.” The strap is where most masks fail: too tight and it leaves a line on your forehead by morning, too loose and the weight wanders. The answer is the shape, not the squeeze — a deep-cup 3D mask keeps contact off your nose. Strap form and adjustment range will be printed once the factory puts them in writing.

“The massager is loud enough to wake me up.” Noise is the complaint that comes up most with eye massagers, down to the little chime at the end of a session. AERÉ Soothe uses air pressure and heat around the eyes, quiet enough to fall asleep to. Whether the end chime can be switched off, and the actual dB figure, will be printed once the factory puts it in writing.

“I just want the room dark, nothing on my eyes all night.” That is the passive end of the range: a mask that only blocks light, with nothing to charge and nothing running. The heat and air-pressure options belong to the short spell before sleep, not the whole night. We make no claims about what any of it does for your eyes.

A flat mask, a weighted one on the brow, a heated one for before sleep, one with air pressure — blackout is the main job in all four; everything else is a passenger. Pick how much you want the mask to do beyond keeping the room dark.

None of this is a medical device, and none of it treats anything. It is light kept off your eyes, at a level you choose, for the hour before bed.
